Delivery Policy
Everything We Sell Is a Digital Download
House & Timber Plan Co. sells house plans as digital files. Nothing is printed, boxed, or shipped, so there is no delivery address to enter, no carrier to track, and no shipping charge on any order.
When You Receive Your Files
Immediately. As soon as your payment is confirmed you are taken to an order confirmation page with a download button on it, and the same download link is emailed to the address you checked out with. There is no handling time and no transit time — the files are ready before you leave the page.
What Is in the Download
A complete plan set as a PDF: dimensioned floor plans, exterior elevations on all four sides, and renderings of the finished exterior. Plans purchased with the CAD option also include an editable CAD file, downloaded separately from the same order. Every purchase carries a Single Build License. Downloading Again Later
Your files do not expire and there is no limit on the number of times you can download them. Sign in and open your account to get to every plan set you have bought, or use the link in your original confirmation email.
Where We Deliver
Because nothing physically ships, delivery works the same way wherever you are. All prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Building codes and permit requirements differ by jurisdiction, so plans are drawn to common US residential practice and a local engineer’s stamp may be required where you build.
If Your Download Does Not Arrive
Email team@houseandtimber.com with the email address you used at checkout and we will resend your files. We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday. Refunds are handled separately — see our refund policy.
