Orders Placed Through Our Checkout
All house plans sold through House & Timber Plan Co. are digital products delivered as instant PDF downloads. For orders paid through our own checkout, due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the plan has been downloaded.

We encourage you to carefully review the plan details, floor plans, elevations, and specifications before completing your purchase. Each plan listing includes comprehensive information to help you make an informed decision.
Issues With Your Order
If you experience a technical issue with your download, receive an incomplete file, or believe there is an error with your order, please contact us at team@houseandtimber.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Exclusive Plans
Exclusive plan purchases are non-refundable. Once an exclusive plan is sold, it is removed from the catalog and will not be resold to any other buyer.
